Terms and Conditions
This offer coincides with the launch of the new ALC web site. All feedback welcome. To take advantage of this offer the following terms and conditions apply.
- The offer is valid until 31 March 2014.
- This offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offers or discounts
- The offer applies when you book 2 places at normal full price for any ITIL course or any PRINCE2 course or any COBIT course listed on the ALC New Zealand 2014 public schedule.
- The offer applies to the one course e.g. ITIL Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner. It cannot be used across a variety of courses
- All 3 places must be booked at the same time. They do not have to be the same date but can be spread across any of the dates for that course in the 2014 schedule
- Payment must be received in full prior to the commencement of the first course
- Our preferred method of payment is Direct Debit. We also accept company cheques made out to ALC Education and Consulting Pty Ltd. Payments made by credit card will incur the following charges – MasterCard (1.5%), Visa (1.5%) American Express (3.0%)
- Once a registration has been confirmed and paid, cancellation of a course place will not be accepted, but an alternate participant for the course can be substituted at any time for no additional charge. Transfers of bookings to another course date after registering will not be accepted unless in exceptional circumstances.
- Should a course be cancelled for any reason, the participants registration will be transferred to the next available and convenient date or else a refund will be made.
