\"I just wanted to reach out quickly to let you know that we completed our ITIL4 training yesterday and the feedback from everyone involved has been overwhelmingly positive.
While all of our attendees participated with an open mind, there were a few that I knew had reservations around ITIL as a framework after having bad experiences with rigid, bureaucratic ITIL3 implementations in the past but Neil quickly dispelled these concerns and everyone was pretty much on board from the beginning of day 1. There’s a bit of a buzz in the air within the team too about all of the improvements we can make to the way we deliver services so I’m super stoked about that.
I also wanted to provide some feedback around Neil’s teaching of the course – never before have I seen the level of engagement with this particular group of individuals than I saw over the last couple of days – not a laptop or mobile phone in sight for two days straight is unheard of! There were also times where the entire room was laughing so hard that I suspected that if the finance department (who approved the budget for the training) could hear us they mightn’t believe that we were actually doing a legit training course! It was a lot of a fun and we all learnt a lot.\" Dan Webb, Cloud Operations Manager | EDMI
