2. The course fee must be paid in at least two weeks prior to the course start date unless otherwise agreed. Your registration is subject to our standard cancellation provisions as shown on the web.
3. ALC will book flights on advance purchase conditions. These airfares typically have limited or no flexibility or refundability. It is your responsibility to ensure that you catch the agreed flights. Any financial impact that may result from your failure to catch the agreed flights for whatsoever reason will be to your account. If you cancel your course booking, any refunds to which you may be entitled will be reduced by the non-refundable component of the airfares and will incur a $100 administration fee
4. ALC will book accommodation for you at a good quality hotel within reasonable proximity of the course venue. ALC will provide accommodation with checkin on the evening prior to the first course day and with checkout prior to 11:00 am on the last day of the course. ALC will provide room only. All incidentals such as meals, laundry, internet access etc will be to your own account. If you cancel your course booking, any refunds to which you may be entitled will be reduced by the non-refundable component of the accommodation and may also incur a $100 administration fee.
